Automatic Grissini Mach. GR/25 A

It comes with with adjustable press so as to ensure an even dough thickness when entering in the die.

Dough cutting can be executed by manual or electric control, or via timer programming for continuous operations. 

All surfaces in contact with dough are made of stainless steel. 

The output can reach 50 kg per hour. 

Dies are easily interchangeable by simply adjusting two knobs. 

The speed of the exit belt is adjustable so that it can be adapted to every type of product in order to avoid unwanted stretching or dough accumulation.

The assembly system on the trolley has been designed to achieve minimal space when in the rest position. 

In addition to the die supplied on delivery (to be stated when ordering) various models are available upon request: 

  • Mod. C Ø 5 to Ø 20
  • Mod. B (for biscuits) with a thickness ranging from 3 to 12 mm 
  • Mod. S (for rolled pasta dough) with a thickness ranging from 3 to 12 mm
